Rickey

It appears the Dodgers will use Rickey Henderson at least initially in left and bat leadoff until Dave roberts returns. In Newark he hit .339 with 9 SBs in 56 games.
I think I will take a flyer on Rickey because he has something to prove and could be a cheap soarce of steals.
He was also dubbed the MVP of the League's All-Star Game.
Your thoughts?

Unless you are desperate I would see no use in him.....

Pitching is better in the majors and he still may get on as he has always had a good obp% but I dont see him as getting many steals and he still does not have much of an offense behind him so I would think he may not score runs all that much....

I just dont see him as getting many of the key stats one needs..

Burnitz could be a nice addition though...

don't think he's going to get a bunch of steals, he didn't run that much in Newark, he hit well and scored a bunch of runs, but only 9 steals, the only use he would have for a fantasy team would be scoring runs, and that's assuming the rest of the Dodgers' team can knock him in
