Okay, first of all thanks to barzilla who has been promoting similar threads in other forums. I just thought we should have one too. So what's your thoughts? What do the Yankees need? What do they need to lose?(Kel, don't answer that one:D )

Sorry I can't resist NIGHTMARE BOY MUST GO!!!!!!
What we need is some decent bullpen help...there has got to be a middle reliever/set up man somewhere in the freakin world who can be consistant and get the game to Mo and not give up the lead.
I personally would like Paul O'Neill to come out of retirement if for nothing else to light a fire under their asses...nobody got a team more revved up than he could. Hell, after he's hit a water cooler, the next guy at bat ripped one!

How great was Paul O'Neill? That guy always gave 100%. Just the kind of spirit the Yankees are mostly lacking.
