This popup that comes on my screen

It comes on my screen sometimes when I enter this site. It is positioned at the top of my screen to where I can not hit the "X" button. What should I do?

been on for like 1 hour so I don't really remember.

If it is the one I am thinking of there is a little X on the bottom right of that popup and you can click on that or just hit any part of the page on this site and it automatically disappears.....

It is an easy popup to get rid of...Just annoying...

My popup blocker does not block that popup for some reason...

I have seen it at other sites....

OK, that must be it. I just got it again and clicked on it and it went away.
