If Helton didn't play in Colorado, I'd say Delgado, but he does, and so fantasy wise, I'd pick Helton. But if I'm building a team NOT in Denver, I got with Delgado cuz he's proven he can do it anywhere. Not that Helton's a bad player, he's just a product of the then air. Defensively, they're almost the same with a slight slight edge towards Helton (.004%). And that's my 2 cents

mark my words. Delgado will have his career totally mesed up unless he gets on the next plane out of toronto and it's turf.
(colorado hitter park, toronto turf mess-up-a-player-stadium included)I'd have to go with helton

Helton, he can hit and field not just one of the two

If you are asking who I would rather have on my fantasy team, its Helton. I drafted them both this year and traded away Delgado. If you are asking who is the better player, I would have to say Delgado. I didn't want to admit it but you are right, Helton is a product of Colorado. Over his career on the road, he is only a .291 hitter. Not bad, but a far cry from his career .336 average. Sure he is a better fielder but 1st Base is not a position where good fielding matters as much as the other infield positions.
