Personally, I'm not into black and blue (unless the blue is cobalt, or royal or baby), but you cannot go wrong with black slacks.

Don't wear heels that are too high. Tripping is not attractive. ;)

Well it depends? I'll assume it's a night out somewhere right? Go with the black pants and the blue blouse. It looks a little more dressy, but yet looks like you just threw it together. light make-up {don't tell me you don't wear make-up!!! every woman should have a little help} lip gloss is the key, very lightly applied, just enought to make your lips shimmer...i.e. more kissable! sensible shoes, and a necklace..one that hangs a little...makes him wonder where it will end!!

Have fun!

Kath, honestly, I don't wear make up. You can ask West. 4 years together and the only thing ever wore was lip gloss. I bought some new shoes, with a 3 inch heal so I'll reach a peak of 5'4 tonight lol. But they are chunky heals and very walkable. the pants that I am thinking of wearing are form fitting... I dunno if thats a big no no? and the blouse is a long sleeved baby blue zip up blouse. It's been getting quite chilly here in the evenings lately. We are going to Dinner at Montanna's ( I think you guys have those in the states right?) and then to see a movie. I let him pick the movie, and I should have known better cuz he chose Freddy vs. Jason lol. I hate scary movies lol

Wear what you FEEL good in. What you feel good in will make you look good in.

What's your best feature? Play it up!

Scary movies are perfect. that way when you get scared you have someone to hold onto!!

best advice I can give you Jenn: BE YOURSELF!! AND HAVE FUN!!

Thats exactlt what I plan on doing! He asked me out cuz he likes my personality and sense of humor... I'd be a fool to try to be someone or something I'm not

Just hope that I don't clam up and get all shy... he likes my bubblyness :D

definitely wear whatever makes you feel beautiful :) but don't sacrifice comfort!! comfort is VERY important imo.... cuz if you're not comfortable, it will be harder to be yourself...... and i agree with kathleen about the makeup :D a little makeup goes a long way....for ex., bring out your best features-- i.e. let's say your eyes are your best features, wear a little mascara or a little eyeliner, you don't have to go crazy... experiment and see what looks best .......pamper yourself a little too, like get your nails done or get your hair trimmed or whatever makes you feel a little extra special (i like to make a quick trip to Victoria's Secrets :D that always works for me) ......cuz if you feel good inside, it will show :sun: also, have fun getting ready! put on music that makes you feel like dancing and happy and bouncy while you're getting dressed :dance2: ..... it will get you out of your head and in the mood......... and if you happen to get a shy-attack (happens to everyone), ask him questions and get him to talk (does he like sports? easy topic!) ....but most of all just be yourself and everything will be fine.......

have a blast and let us know how it goes!!! :biggrinpa

I'm with Cyn, go for the "comfortable" factor. I like to wear my most comfortable (but sexy) jeans, most comfortable shoes (which all summer have been my white flip flops with rhinestones, a girls gotta be sparkley ;)) and a V-neck baby doll t-shirt. Especially if your only going to the movies, why get all dolled up?
If you want to dress it up....ACCESSORIZE! Funky jewerly is a girls best friend! :D
