I'm the A's guru here so I'll take SS Bobby Crosby.

A lot depends on the contract talks with Tejada. As of now it doesn't appear as though they will be able to sign him. If they don't it will pave the way for Crosby to start for the A's on opening day 2004.
For triple AAA Sacramento so far he has hit .302, 19 HRs, 20 SBs but strikes out once every five at bats. There is talk of putting him at second base and moving Mark Ellis to SS. Crosby is really too big for a middle infeilder, standing 6'-3" 210lbs.
I predict he will be with the big club next year, weather he is SS 2B or utility remains to be seen.
