Does anyone have any advice for some SUPER SLEEPERS. I'm approching the final rounds of my draft, and I'm running out of ideas. Who's going to have a BREAKOUT season.......anyone?

I'm wondering mostly about the RB, WR, QB positions.

QB Brooks, Aaron NO
QB Vick, Michael ATL
RB Portis, Clinton DEN
RB Davis, Stephen CAR
RB Duckett, T.J. ATL
WR Moss, Randy MIN
WR Mason, Derrick TEN
WR Reed, Josh BUF
TE McMichael, Randy MIA
PK Elam, Jason DEN
D Panthers, Carolina CAR
So far. I have 2 picks left, and the option to put Vick on IR. I'm thinking I should handcuff Mike Anderson for insurance. I also probably need another QB until, if ever, Vick is back to play this season. It also looks like Foster in CAR is going to be getting some playing time. Should I handcuff him as well? That leaves one pick left for possibly getting a solid sleeper.
it's a 10 team leauge.
50/50 TD/pts
any advice would be much appreciated.

First things first, yes get another QB to back up Brooks. You just need that insurance. With a ten team league you should be able to get a good one until Vick comes back. Really doesn't matter if you use your IR slot or draft pick, but you do need another QB.
As for handcuffing Anderson, unless you have a owner in your league that's hording RBs...happens in every league...you can probably hold off on that. And that goes for Foster also. See if there is another RB (who's still available?) you'll be able to use in WK3 (Davis bye). You may get some points from Duckett but they may not be much.
If you look at your bye weeks your also going to need a DT for WK3 and a TE in WK4. Unless your just planning on waiving them and picking up replacements those weeks. But that's hard to do with McMichael and Carolina.
With your last three spots I'd get a QB, RB and a DT. With the DT you can then waive them prior to week 4 to get your TE.
After you get by week four then you should look at getting Anderson and/or Foster.

You also probably don't want to handcuff Anderson since he may not be the backup if Portis goes down. I read the Broncos were impressed with Cecil Sapp in the preseason, and on the Broncos website he is listed as Portis' backup.

Actually Sapp was just released by the Broncos. Anderson (FB) is the #2 behind Portis.
From the Wire:
Broncos cut Sapp and Jackson, 8/31
The Denver Post reports that the Broncos have cut RB Cecil Sapp, QB Darious Jackson, WRs Herb Haygood, Nate Jackson, Frank Rice, Charlie Adams and sixth-round pick Aaron Hunt, RB Marlion Jackson and TE Heath Irwin.
Sapp's release means that FB Mike Anderson will be the primary backup to starting RB Clinton Portis. Danny Kanell will open the season as the third-string QB with Jackson out of the picture. And Haygood is said to already be drawing interest from the Detroit Lions.
