CYCLONES CLINCH DIVISION TITLE
-- Brooklyn wraps up McNamara with sixth straight win

For the second time in their three-year existence, the Cyclones are the McNamara Division champs, thanks to a 2-0 win over Hudson Valley, and a loss by Williamsport.

The Cyclones shut out the Renegades for the second straight day, hurling 18 consecutive scoreless innings. This time it was Vince Cordova, Bryan King, and Taylor George who dominated on the mound, allowing just four hits.

Brooklyn got on the board when Tony Piazza crushed a solo shot off the left field foul pole. The Cyclones later added one more run in the fifth.

Brooklyn finishes the regular season on Wednesday at Hudson Valley, with home field advantage in the balance.

The McNamara Division Playoffs begin on Friday the 5th, and great seats for the Cyclones home games are still available at 718-507-TIXX, or at the KeySpan Park Ticket Office.
