What do you think are the greatest plays/moments in NCAA Football History?

:D and Tommie was sweet with that run :) and Cory's runs in the 4th vs. Miami were special for us along with the Crouch catch:D

Agreed....Those 2 plays and the McNabb TD pass with no time left to beat Va. Tech in the Dome stand out as my 3 favorite plays.....

Saw all 3 live as well..

The hail mary was the only play I saw as I was at the Miami/Washington game down in Miami when Washington broke Miami's 50-something home winning streak and right after the game we went in the bar to see the end of that Colorado/Michigan game.....

As far as great moments I remember Syracuse SHOCKING then #1 Nebraska in the Dome in 1984....
Syracuse which came into the game a 31 point underdog played a perfect game. The Orange's defense was awesome, as it shutdown the Huskers powerful running game...

One of the most exciting games in SU Football History. The Orange rally from behind to beat West Virginia. With :10 seconds left the Orange down by one. SU goes for a 2 point conversion and gets it to win the game! The win preserved the Orangemen's undefeated season and kept them in the hunt for the national title.

Also the 66-13 debacle of Miami in McNabb's last home game:clap2:

Still have that one and the Nebraska game on tape...
Also have a game vs Florida from 1991 when SU handed UF its only loss of the season....They took the opening kick-off and did a reverse for a TD and never looked back...

Ok its kinda recent, but what about the overtime of last year's championship. That is the greatest bowl game I have seen in quite some time. By the way, I watched it again on ESPN classic last week and there was no pass interference!

Obviously we all remember Miami(31)/Nebraska(30) in '84,_last years Ohio State(31)/Miami(24) and Flutie's Hail Mary, BC(47)/Miami(45)! See a pattern??? Most of the "Memorable Games" involve top 25 schools. What about the memorable ones for fans of smaller schools. I hate just getting a score and clips after the fact. I wanna experience it as it's happening. There's nothing better!

That's the thing. If a game doesn't involve top 10 schools, very rarely is it considered classic to anyone who wasn't actually there, which kinda sucks. That's why I like the new Yahoo college package. You can listen to every game, every saturday, all year! Have you tried it? It's really well done and has everything! Games, coaching shows, recaps. College lovers dream! http://us.rd.yahoo.com/evt=19683/*http://media.yahoo.com/ncaa/splash.html (http://pa.yahoo.com/*[url) Anyway, it's a the best option to actually being there.
