No, don't. Notice how his hands are the only ones NEAR Alou's glove? Yeah, jerkwad

Come on.....the guy had to disconnect his phone and is probably scared to go home. It is JUST a baseball game. His interfering in the play was one of many factors in the game.

Babs, if that play affected your Rams, you'd hate him too.

Of course I would, but I would not call his house and threaten him. Does a man really deserve to have his life ruined because of this? Anyone who thinks so is an idiot.

i just want to beat the living crap out of him for 30 seconds. :D then he can go back to living his life. but to constantly call and harass and stuff is taking things a mite bit too far.

made the butt of jokes, curses, stuff like that. fine. but harassing him at work/home and calling all the time. Thatd be stupid.

Yes, an ass kicking is acceptable.

So, it's okay to kick his ass, but not call him?

I think both are wrong.

Be angry, and ban him from Wrigley.

So let me see if I have this right. It is not ok to go after someone who threatens to throw a baseball at your head, or even worse in some cases DOES throw a baseball at your head... because it is only a game...
But it is ok to kick someone's ass because they bought a ticket to go to a baseball game and have fun?? And in the process did something that almost every single person in the world would do??

Wow...

Jesus Christ, of course it's not ok to kick the guy's ass!

I realize Bartman will probably go down in history next to Bill Buckner, Leon Durham, Donnie Moore, and Bucky Dent, but a couple of cases against making this guy to goat.

1) You were up 3 to frickin 1. You had three opportunities to close those guys out. I don't want to be mean, but blaming a fan for one play in those THREE games is a little short-sighted.

2) Bartman did not boot the easy groundball to shortstop that could have ended the inning with a 3-1 lead or at least gotten the second out.

3) The umpire could have easily made the correct call and called fan interference.

There is a lot that went wrong in the last three games. Don't make Bartman the goat.
