The Expos Future

Okay, help me out here. What's happening with the Expos next year? A report in this forum suggests a similar arrangement to the 2003 season, but is this final?

Also, will they definitely be leaving Montreal for the 2005 season? If so, where are they most likely to be heading? I remember Vegas, Washington, Portland, even New York, being mentioned, but I haven't heard the latest.

My guess is that every year MLB will say they will move the team, but with so many cities involved they never know which one.
