YES Network Debuts “Yankees Hot Stove”
Weekly Broadcast Premieres Tuesday, November 25 at 9 PM
[New York, NY] Thursday, November 20, 2003—The YES Network will debut “Yankees Hot Stove”, a weekly half-hour show focusing on the New York Yankees and Major League Baseball’s off-season happenings, from the rumors to trades and acquisitions. The show will examine issues from both the American and National Leagues.
“Yankees Hot Stove” is hosted by Suzyn Waldman and Bob Lorenz and will include a rotating special appearance each week from Michael Kay, Phil Pepe, or Tom Verducci.
Suzyn Waldman is YES Network’s pre and post-game reporter for all NY Yankees games; Bob Lorenz is host of YES Network’s “New York Football Sunday”; Michael Kay is YES Network’s lead play-by-play broadcaster on Yankees telecasts and host of YES Network’s signature show; CenterStage; Phil Pepe is a regular contributor for YES Network Online, and Tom Verducci writes a baseball column for CNN/SI.
“Yankees Hot Stove” will air a new episode every Tuesday at 9PM until Spring Training.
The YES Network is a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week premier sports and entertainment television network featuring the 26-time World Champion New York Yankees Major League Baseball team and the Eastern Conference Champion New Jersey Nets.
