Wow, I dont like this trade, Rose is a great player, but thats too much for him... who would be the Point Guard if Alvin is traded?

Palacio would take the point:cool: Rose would be amazing with the raptors... Vince could be less selfish and have a more talented 2nd option. the deal makes sense... Getting rid of a few problems on the raptor roster, and getting some talent for it.

I like the idea of a secondary scorer, but I dont think Palacio is a good starting option, he's played solid, but he is shooting terrible. I like getting rid of AD, but then who plays Center? We'll be bringing Hakeem and Montross out of retirement way too fast.
And why trade JYD, he looks like the next coming of Rodman without the headaches.

I have to agree with you on the center thing.. AD has to go, but who can replace him.. Chandler... Curry... ok, im in over my head, but wouldnt that be great:D

If we could swing a deal for another center, this trade would not be as bad, but after we do this trade there will be no more bait

I dont see why they would trade both Jerome Williams and AD for Marshall, which are all pretty mediocre, there should be another bigman from the bulls coming into TO for the trade to be fair, or pull Jerome out of the trade.

That reminds of me of when they had completed a trade of Williams for Danny Fortson but Williams didnt pass his physical the so the trade went though

I want this trade to go through. I don't care who is in it as long as we get AD and Peterson and Rose goes to Toronto. Whats wrong with Peterson, this year by the way? His scoring averages have gone way down.

Haha, yeah, Mo Pete has been really bad this year, and not too great last year either, for the amount of minutes he got. Hes not consistant enough... He scores 15 one night (and the gamewinner) and then gets 0 the next in nearly the same amount of time.

Of course! With the players we have on this team, I woud kill for a player who gave one tenth of the effort as Miller or who was half as driven as Ron Artest, or who was as willing as Elton Brand to crash the boards, or, hell, someone who had the dirty play of Charles Oakley(even if he was the biggest ahole this team ever encountered, after Starks.). Miller? I dont even know if I was at addicts when Miller was traded.:umm But yea, I was disappointed cuz he was having a good year (I think Cartwright and Oakley taught him a lot), but I also liked the idea of getting Rose and Travis Best, but I didnt really know about Rose's attitude problem.

Basically he doesnt accept coaches or GMs as authority, and whines when he doesnt get his way. I never really noticed it as much until this season.
