Cuz I watched Steve McNair all through college and really really liked him, Eddie George too..so when they ended up on the same team..the rest is history!

That's sort of how I started to root for the Bengals. I lived in Cincinnati when they were in the Super Bowl in January 1982 and got to meet some of the players (Ken Anderson was in my Young Republicans chapter, and I met Anthony Munoz and Max Montoya through my job). Boomer was a rookie that year, and he was a LI boy whom my mother knew when he was little.

So, even though I am a Jets fan first, and a Packers fan second, I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the Bengals.

Yep, and since I live in Upstate NY..I got a little spot in my heart for the Bills!!
