Say you are the Sox GM....

What would you do at this point??

Trade Many for Arod and then Nomar to Aneheim for Washburn and another player or keep the team as it is now or do you have another idea at this point??

I think the first deal that has to go down is Guerrero for all of this to eventually work out ... If Vlad doesn't go to Baltimore, I think the O's go hard for Tejada ... They're saying Vlad could go real quick to the Yanks as an official "Up Yours!" nod to Sheffield.

I just can't believe Nomar (more than likely getting too much input from that spineless female jellyfish he has for an agent) is taking this so hard ... If he's really that fragile, get rid of him whether you get A-Rod or Deivi Cruz ... I think his agent is blowing smoke up his rump because his agent is afraid of how bad he's going to look if the Sox get Rodriguez.

Pull the trigger on the A-Rod deal, but don't pony up any dollars for Manny's contract. That is absurd. If Texas wants to rid themselves of A-Rod's contract, we'll take it, but it's not like we have to make this deal, as much as we'd like to dump Manny. Schilling's addition alone makes us a serious World Series threat.

Obviously Nomar is the odd man out, so we'll need to trade him if the A-Rod deal goes down. We're not going to pay Nomar the $15-$17 million per season that he's looking for, so he'll probably be gone after the 2004 season anyway. Might as well get something in return while we can (like PP said, to the highest bidder).

Oh yeah, and I'd sign Vlad Guerrero. :D
