This small piece came from an article from the Boston Herald newspaper.

There seems to be some negotiating going on with Nomar. Here's a quote:

This winter, it is the nucleus of this club that seems destined for alteration. The Sox have seemingly put far too much effort into the Rodriguez talks to simply walk away, though one source close to the discussions indicated that the odds of a deal seem to change on a regular basis. And late Wednesday night, one baseball source indicated that acquiring Rodriguez was still second on their priority list behind extending the contract of, you guessed it, Garciaparra.

I'll be moving down to the states soon enough. I just might find a way to make it for opening day. :cool: Never been to Fenway before. :( I should just move to Boston and be done with it. :D
