With watching Bill Parcells all season long and turning around a Cowboys team that was one of the worst teams last year and then taking almost the same team and getting them in the playoffs and a chance to win their Div. Brings me to this question.
Who do you think is the best coach to ever coach in the NFL? Is it the Tuna or someone else.
Me I think it was Bill Walsh. There are more coachs that came out of his system that are coachs today in the NFL than any other coach.
Who do you think.

I would have to go with Vince Lombardi, although his stlye of coaching probably wouldn't fly with today's players. But in his day and in that era, he as as good as there's ever been.

I dont know by saying that you are putting a limitation on what Vince could do. I think all great coaches do one thing and that is adjust. You have to so you can be a good coach. Look at who I think is the second best coach ever that is George Halas to coach as long as he did takes growing and changing with what is happening. I think great coaches could coach at any time as Vince could I think.
