Gasol & Shaq for Duncan... Would you take the deal?

I have been offered Gasol & Shaq for Tim Duncan. My team is banged up with Wade out and Vanexel and Tyson Chandler. I am seeking your advise on this trade. To me it looks like I am getting the better deal here (assuming shaq returns soon and he is as dominant as he can be). Thanks for your input.
