Roberts was the first. in '56 with 46 HR's and 40 BB's. Several pitchers have done this within the last few years including at least 2 last year. The one you're searching for did it over 20 years ago:)

Gary Nolan 1975 with 28 HRs and 27 BBs.

That's the man! Way to go YD, that one wasn't that easy. Boomer and Radke did it last year. Jon Lieber did it in '02 but only pitched in 141 innings. Jose Lima did it in '98.
