James found a problem

Ok found a problem-I tried to "edit" my own post (found I left a "d" off of "hard")and it reposted something else and didn't edit. SO when I tried to "delete" the duplicate post it said only "Admin's" can do that!

We should be able to delete our own posts if we choose too.

Ok, I've allowed only admins to delete posts because of this reason:

Say someone started a post, and people answered that post in a way that that person did not like. Then that person can go delete the entire thread, just by deleting his post.

I didn't think that this would be fair to all who contribute.

Let me know your views...

I agree Robin it would be a good move if the person can edit their own posts but not delete the thread IF someone has posted in it but if no one posts in the thread but the person who started it then they should be allowed to delete it.

Please try and edit one of your own posts again. I just tried it, and it works for me (but I have access to edit any post).

I have seen that others are editing their posts as well, and it seems to be working.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Now i tried to edit it and it said I exceeded the number of images in a post!!!! URGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Ok, i edited your other post so it is ok now...You know what the problem is, is that you are only allowed 8 images (smileys) and you have 4 in your signature so you can only use 4 in your posts......
