Reed is not who I was looking for. I think there is only one who has been allowed in. But just in case some other players have been let in since the source of my info was published, I'm going to change the question to read: Who was the FIRST replacement player to be admitted to the union? I'm pretty sure there is only one replacement player in it , but I'm not positive.

well based on mvp baseball which uses the union licensing to allow players into the game, I think the only replacement player in the game is jamie walker, but I'm not positive about that

Rick Reed was drafted by the Pirates in 1986. He played his first MLB game in 1988. How would he have been a replacement player?

He has played every season except for 1996 since he came into the league in 1988. My belief, though, is that even once you retire or are out of baseball you are still a part of the Union. Not sure how that works though, or if it is possible to have a MLB contract without being a part of the union.

How would it have worked if he was a player that crossed the line. If he said no I wont strike I will play and picked up the ball would that be called a replacment player?

every player who agreed to play during the strike was a replacement player even if they played in the majors prior to the strike, once they crossed the picket line, they were banned from the union, here is a list of all of the replacement players:

All of the players on the list provided by elfudge35 from Baseball Almanac are those who are considered by the Player's Union to be replacement players and not to be allowed union membership. Many of these players have applied for inclusion in the union, but to my knowledge, only one has been accepted. The player in question is not on the list, but was considered a replacement player in 1995.

Nice job TC. McMillion was allowed into the union because he only played in one replacement game and it was proven that he was fraudulently told that it was not one.
