I'm more excited about this guy now. He's so happy to be here, and seems to have a great attitude. And did you know? He is dear friends with David Patten and Richard Seymour of the Pats. He and Patten went to HS together and played football together.

Pokey really is a fun guy. If the Sox use him right, i think you will be really happy with him. He loves to play baseball. The unfortunate part was that Mac didn't know how to use him. Two seasons ago, we had the best middle infield in terms of guys who just love to play baseball.

Interesting stat. Derek Lowe in 2002 had an ERA 2 runs lower than last year. He had Sanchez, a vg 2nd baseman.

Did you know? Last year the Sox gave up the MOST HITS IN ALL THE MLB from the right side?

Apparantely, Walker did blow. Pokey should change that.
