Early 90s. Around 1992-93 I think but am not positive. But I'm sure it was before Pulp Fiction which I believe was in '94.

I'm sure. I remember seeing it when it first came out and I saw it again about a month ago on one the cable movie channels. Keitel is one of my favorite actors of all time so I'm certain he was the lead actor. He played the part of a New York City cop who was betting heavily on the NLCS throughout the movie.
