Some old guy is stumbling down the sidewalk. Dude is swaying and weaving and BARELY able to keep himself upright. He almost fell down once, but leaned into a light pole. He's moving very slowly and has almost fallen over backwards a few times. He must be frikkin WASTED!

A regular guy. I mean, his clothes are modest, but he is clean and looks like an average joe. he's certainly not a bum.
