OK, I know its only exibition games that supposedly don't mean anything. And I know with so many minor leaguers playing that you can't draw any meaningful conclusions from any of these games.

BUT, as a Braves fan I don't like to EVER see the record at 0-4. (I don't count the win over Georgia.) Especially after getting whipped 11-2 by Tampa Bay today.

While these games don't mean anything, losing is never a good thing IMO and I want to see it stopped! I just hate to see these "new look" Braves go into the season with a piss poor spring record.

Another day, another loss. Ortiz got roughed up yesterday, today it was Hampton's turn. And he didn't help his cause by walking four in two innings. And the staff walked 11 total in a 7-3 loss to Ceveland to run the spring record to 0-5.

100 MPH flame thrower Jose Capellan pitched one inning giving up two runs. He walked three and threw two wild pitches. And after the tied it on J.D. Drew's 2-run homer, Blaine Boyer surrendered the lead giving up 3 runs in the sixth.

On the positive side, Drew was 2-2 with another home run. Chipper had his FIRST hit of the spring also going 2-2. Andrew, LaRoche and langerhans all had doubles.

Its still way to early to draw any meaningful conclusions. But to me, the play of Drew, LaRoche and Andruw have been the bright spots. And my biggest concern thus far is the way the starters, with the exception of Thomson, have struggled.
