Coomer a Yank

I heard that Ron Coomer signed a minor league deal with the Bombers today. He can play 1b, 3b, DH, and even play some OF in a pinch, so he could be a good addition. Who's job is he competing for?

Geez, that isn't a bad pickup for the Yanks at all....Coomer is a decent player....Not an allstar but has a little pop and hits around .275-.280.......Could fill in nicely if the Yanks were to have an injury...

I gotta agree, they've gotta be thinking fill in in case someone gets hurt or just needs a day off!
