The Dodgers plan to use Brian Jordan in center field during spring training.
If Jordan proves he can play center, the Dodgers could trade for a left fielder. If not, Jordan will play left and the team will continue to use Marquis Grissom and Tom Goodwin in center. Source: Los Angeles Times
Brian Jordan is a fast guy, but he is aging[35] and there is an awful lot of CF in Chavez Ravine! Does this seem a smart move? Maybe if your alternative is Goodwin and Grissom, it doesn't look too bad!! I would think S Green would get a look in CF before Jordan. JMHO
