Job Title : Payroll Administrator
Reports to : Senior Manager, Payroll Administration
Job Responsibilities:
Process new employee information (W-4, I-9, Benefits)
Monitor & Review seasonal/hourly payroll
Inputs and track payroll deductions for hourly payroll
Compiles information for Union reports on Benefits and Dues
Compute Federal, State and Local Payroll Tax returns and reports, including quarterly reporting
Reconcile appropriate bank statements
Manage unemployment claims
Plan, perform and report on, payroll audits
Reconcile General Ledger detail reports
Reconciling and printing W-2
Provide customer service to internal and external clients
Job Requirements:
2 to 3 years experience in a payroll department or payroll capacity; comprehensive knowledge and experience of payroll tax compliance issues; general knowledge of labor laws and regulations; ability to handle multiple tasks; detail oriented; strong work ethic and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented; bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business or a related field - or equivalent experience; ability to work long hours and weekends during peak periods. Responsibilities include handling situations that cannot be resolved at the point of occurrence, lost children/guardians, lost & found, documenting unusual situations, complaints, compliments, assistance to suite patrons, assistance with ticket relocation situations, overseeing the ALD program, overseeing the transportation wheelchair program and overseeing promotional item distribution at gates.Work group areas include 200 & 300 level guest service offices, lobby, gates, and suite access points.Seasonal game staff position, pay rate is $8.00 hourly (2001 rate).
