JOB TITLE: Game Entertainment Intern
Department: Game Entertainment
This position will assist the Manager of Game Entertainment and the Scoreboard Video Department with the preparation and execution on game day, and provide office administration during non-game days. This position requires attendance to all games, ability to have a flexible schedule, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Coordinate all personal scoreboard and video tape requests (customer service skills required).
Preparation and distribution of all game script.
Proof reading of pre-written Public Address scripts and Scoreboard copy.
Creative contributions to music/video presentations and fan-interactive events.
Organize all scoreboard messages, responsible for the execution of messages.
During game, contact person during live interactive events in ballpark.
SKILLS:
Ability to work with WORD and EXCEL.
Good customer service skills, dealing with many fans and representing the Giants.
Must have a very flexible schedule and attend all Giants home games, including nights and weekends.
Must also be able to work in office when team is out of town.
A positive attitude, enthusiastic demeanor and excellent work ethic. References are optional.

GUEST SERVICES WALK-IN INTERVIEWS

When: Monday, February 11, 2002 and Tuesday, February 12, 2002
What: The Giants will be holding walk-in interviews at Pacific Bell Park for Guest Services Attendants, Security Guards, and Parking Attendants.
Where: Prospective employees should enter the Employee Entrance near the corner of Second Street and King Street between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Average shift length is 6 hours to 8 hours depending on position.
We are especially interested in interviewing candidates with weekday and weeknight availability.
