Scott Schoeneweis has looked real good in his 2 starts so far this season.He had a solid outing by going 6 2/3 innings giving up an un earned run on 5 hits against the Devil Rays tonight.

His first outing of the year was good enough to win,but he was no match for Javier Vasquez.

Great job tonight,Scott! You came up big tonight when we needed it. :thumbsup:

I must say, he did look good yesterday!!! Hopefully we see this guy imporving all year.

Remember,he hasn't been a starter since 2002 when he was with the Angels.So,keep your fingers crossed that he comes through big this year for us.

Schoeneweis was great today. Same with Garland the other day. Other than Buehrle on Tuesday, the Yanks have been really struggling to hit Sox pitching :(

Mussina had the stuff to win last night also,if it wasn't for our 3-run 1st inning.
