Let's try Cardinal (and Cubbie) Jack Taylor, with 39, way back in 1904. He finished everything he started that season, ending up 21-19, with a 2.22 ERA. In fact, he finished every game he started 7 seasons in his career, although not consecutively. Over 10 years, he started 286 games, and finished 278 of them.
