Gladding?

I saw/heard Gladding on the Wednesday afternoon ESPN broadcast (Terry Adams blew his 2nd-straight Wed ESPN save), and he sounded like he'd be a good guy to listen to on the radio or TV ... Anyone get a chance to hear him regularly and have an opinion?

He was one of my fav players of all time.... I dont know why but I loved to watch (ok mostly on the radio) him. But the few times I have heard him I loved him in the booth also. Like him alot!!!!!
