I've been a catcher for a few years now, but this is the first season that i've had contact lenses. So far, i had somewhat of an annoyance involving the dirt getting near.in my eyes. How do you guys(and girls if any of you are girls that play softaball) deal with this? what works to keep it out? Thanks in advance

I have been lucky so far. I played mens baseball for the years I was bouncing around the military and I played everywhere. I wore glasses when I played the outfield but my vision isnt bad enough to where I can get away without them when I play the infield. When I caught I couldnt pick the spin up on the ball so I had a hard time knowing if it would break or how hard but that helped a ton in the long run to make me stop the ball any way I could. But it is tough I do know that. I have never wore contacts so I couldnt help you on that but I did see guys wairing sports glasses or sports goggles. Ya they look a little dorky but they work great and seeing is the inportant thing...
