Bud the Crud, Carl the Creep, and MLb in general lost another round when the Minnesota Supreme Court refused to hear their appeal of the Appeals Court decision, upholding the original decision that requires the Twins to play in the Dome and the restraining order that forbids MLB to contract the Twins.
