Someone assumes that you know what their talking about and when you try to tell them you don't, they look at you like your a retard?
I got this file from hell today, two dead people, God I hate dead people. Well we have to start a third action on the file and the one Lawyer, that I don't work with, thank God, was telling me who to name and he's just rattling on and I said what do you mean? and he's like what do you mean by that? So, I just let him rattle, walked out of his office totally confused. As I was walking by Frank's office, he's the lawyer I work mostly with, he said what's wrong Kiddo, he always calls me that, and I went in and told him that Rob completely confused me and Frank had me sit down and explained everything, pretty much. So, I go to do the damn file, took me almost 2 freakin hours! And one of the other Attorneys, Julie, came up and explained a little more. I told them and my boss when they asked, that Rob was just going too damn fast and he was making me feel really stupid cuz i've never done a file like that. Well, my boss, Tom, said that Rob does that a lot but that the file was a good learning experience for me cuz they want me to start doing the harder files, Yea for me:angry: , and that they wanted me to be the head of my department. So, I guess that's good but I really hope that that doesn't mean I have to work with Rob anymore. I mean, God give me a break for asking a question so that I can do it the right way. But, I know I can always go to Julie and frank if I have anymore problems.
