Josh Beckett left Sunday's start with a blister on the middle finger of his pitching hand. That's the same injury that forced him to the DL three times in the 2002 season.

The Marlins will place Josh Beckett on the 15-day disabled list because of the blister problem that forced him out of Sunday's start. Beckett said that he didn't necessarily agree with the decision, but, nonetheless, he will miss the next two weeks.
