Upcoming Interleague roster

Pending interleauge games.

Gardy wants to cut a pitcher and add a position player to get ready for these games. The problem is, who to cut. Balfour is out of options, Greissinger will be needed as a fifth starter. Roa is a long man out of the pen and can eat innings when the starters faulter.

The plan was to have Punto back off the DL in time for these series but he has been having trouble in rehab and was recently brought back to the Twin Cities for an evaluation. Gardy is not happy about this. Rivas should be available but if I was Cuddyer, I'd keep all my gloves handy. He will be a valuable player during games in the NL parks.

With Mauer back, it does free LeCroy to play some 1B, C, and be a bat off the bench, since Blanco will be the main backup at C.

I'll be there. I'm going to be in Minneapolis for a little over a week, and I made my brother get tickets to the Twins/Mets game as an early birthday present for me. :D :jump:

So I'll be there in Section 117, with my blue Mets cap and my white Mets jersey. (Well..... fake jersey..... I got it as a credit-card give-away. :D ) Mind you, if the Twins were playing anyone else, I'd be cheering for the Twins...... but not if they're playing my Mets.

Hey Nanner when I was talking to Bill I said that they are going to get flights going from Casper to Minneapolis and I said that I wanted to get to some Vikings games at home sometime now.... Bill said I had to meet TC because he is one of the best guys around...

Usually when I go home, it's bunches of family time, and they take up all my time at home, but I'll certainly try to touch base with TC!!! :thumbsup:

Bill got in touch with me when he was coming up here for work. I picked him up over at his hotel and we went to a Twins-White Sox game. We had a great time, although it went by all too fast. Bill is a super guy. Unfortunately, he was only here for the one day.

Nan and I got together tonight at the Twins game. It was fun to visit for a while. I met her mother, a very nice lady. I sat with them for a half inning, while her brother and the kids went to the concession stand. I wish I had been able to get down to the stadium early for BP, since Nan and her group had arrived early. Good thing she called and told me where she was sitting though, there were a ton of Mets fans at the game. I don't know that I would have been able to find her, just looking for Mets gear. I found them after the game and we talked a bit more.

It was nice meeting Nan in person, but as with Bill, the visit was great but the time too short....

Jones has been huge for the whole season pretty much... He needs to go to the All-Star game.

Jacque is hopefully towards the end of a 3/34 slump that has dropped his average to .255 - The last two games he's made some key plays, before that he's one of the big reasons that the Twins have been struggling on offense.
