So the RedSox suck: what will we do about it?

Since just about everyone is pissed about the redsox being horrible, I was just wondering if anyone had any idea how we are going to fix this mess. Are we gonna have to stick it out until they figure out wtf they've been doing wrong, or do you think well go get another pitcher?
