My ballot is secret, so I won't reveal my choices!

But some of them are the same as James'.

I don't think I voted for the same players every time I voted. :notme:

I have filled out a number of ballots, but here is a general overview.

NL: Pujols (1B), Kent (2B), J. Wilson (SS), Rolen (3B), Piazza (C), Berkman, Bonds, Cabrera (OF).

I did toss around my votes, though. Guys like Giles, Abreu, C. Wilson, Lowell, Overbay and others got lots of votes, too.

AL: Just about all of them (1B), Soriano (2B), Guillen (SS), Blalock (3B), Rodriguez (C), Ramirez, Guerrero and Rondell White got the majority of my OF votes. Although, Carlos Beltran did get my alternating selection, as well.

I really tried to give guys who are under the radar my votes. That's why Overbay, J. Wilson, C. Wilson, Guillen, Abreu and some of the others got a few more votes from me this year.

I haven't voted yet, either on-line or when I was at an Astros game a while back. They need to re-do this whole process if the game "really does mean something" like they advertise. Plus I've always been disappointed we couldn't vote for pitchers in the deal, just don't understand how we voters are supposedly wise enough to pick the starting shortstop but not smart enough to choose a pitcher or two.

I find it ridiculous that Derek Jeter is in first place in the voting.

AL: 1B, David Ortiz 2B, Alfanso Soriano SS, Juan Uribe ( Chi Sox) 3B, A-Rod
OF, Carlos Beltran, Manny Ramirez and Ichiro C, Ivan Rodrigeuz

SP: Kenny Rogers, Tim Hudson and Curt Schilling
RP: Mariano Rivera, Fransisco Cordero, Kieth Foulke

NL: 1B, Albert Pujols 2B, Jeff Kent SS, Adam Everet 3B, Scott Rolen OF, Lance Berkman, Sean Casey, Barry Bonds C, Mike Piaza

SP: Roger Clemens, Randy Johnson, Mat Clement
RP: Danny Graves, Armando Benitez, Matt Herges

All of these people are great ball players and deserve to be there (Except Barry). The NL pitching can only be described in one word: "Solid". It doesnt get better than that. If this is the way that the All-Star game is played, then it will be an easy victory for the NL. You may not have ever heard of Juan Uribe or Adam Evert, but they are two guys that are the only people not sucking at their postition in their league.

SEE YOU IN HOUSTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO ASTROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S.: I HATE THE CUBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the "Real" All-Stars depends on who you ask. :hmm:

Agreed!!

We should be allowed to vote for the pitchers as well....

Also, besides my co-Gashouse Gang member, how come there is no love for Mora??

Hitting .359(2nd), obp%- .450(2nd), runs-54(1st), 41 rbi's (12th)

What else does he need to to do to get some love??
