Toronto takes game 1 by a score of 3-1. Josh Towers was able to do the job tonight going 7 plus innings of 6 hit ball, and allowing just the one run. Vinny Chulk pitched a scoreless inning and then Jason Frasor came on for a perfect 9th for his 7th save of the year.
Reed Johnson went 2-4 with 2 RBI's

Jays are a step closer to a sweep as they beat the 'Spos once again, this time 10-5. Frank Menichino and Reed Johnson both hit homeruns, and Miguel Batista went 7 innings and gave up 3 runs for a quality start. Montreal starter Scott Down struggled going just 2 2/3.
