No... Mike Grady, a third basemen.

First, he booted an easy grounder, then made a wild throw to first base. The batter ran to second, and even on to third, knowing who was manning third base... Grady missed it on the throw to get the guy out, and then Grady got it just in time to make a throw into the stands as the batter scored.
