5 players have hit walk-off HR's for 2 teams in the same season. How many can you name?

OK, you already know it isn't Beltran so I guess it's time for a hint:D

Let me give you the teams:
OAK/DET
Cubs/CLE
NYM/PHI
BALT/NYM
KC (Athletics)/PHI

The players hit a walk-off HR for the first team, were traded to the 2nd team and performed the feat again in the same season.

A lifetime supply of 's for you chisox:D Pena is indeed one of them (2002 OAK/DET/)

OK, hints...

One is known for pinch-hit HR's.
One of the players has the same name of a player today.
This was said about one of them:"You gotta have a catcher or you're gonna have a lot of passed balls."
One of them played for 4 ML teams the year he accomplished the above feat.

Ellis Burks? :notme:

I'm guessing these aren't names you're mulling around for the future #1 Red Sox fan.:D

Decent guesses for my trivia question (but wrong) but terrible names for for someone to pass a torch to.

Hobie Landrith?
:banana::banana::banana::banana:
"You gotta have a catcher or you're gonna have a lot of passed balls." is what Casey Stengal said when asked why Landrith was the firsr Met chosen in the expansion draft. He achieved the feat in 1962 with the Mets and Orioles.
One to go.
