The White Sox will place Frank Thomas on the 15-day disabled list tomorrow,retroactive to July 7,due to an inflammed ankle.
Doctors said that surgery is out of the question at this time,they are just going to try to let it heal on its own.
In Thomas' place,the Sox will bring up OF Joe Borchard from AAA Charlotte.
