I'll cover these by division
NFC North (might as well start with my home teams division)
"Da Bears" - Scheduled to open the season against their former Head Coach Dick Jauron. Jauron is now the Lion’s defensive coordinator, after doing a very good job with a talent-limited Bears team.
"The Motor City Kittys" - You don't need a schedule to know when the Lions games start in 2004 – all games start at 1:00 eastern except for Thanksgiving Day (30 minutes earlier) They have to earn the league office's respect
"The Pack" - The Packers end the season with consecutive division road games (at Minnesota and Chicago).
"The Vikes" - The Vikings play the Packers on Dec. 24, a rare Friday NFL game on Christmas Eve. I'm not a fan of this schedule quirk.
