The all-star break is finally over after about 4 days off for the Jays. They kick things off with a series against the Rangers which could include Carlos Delgado's last game as a Jay. The slugger has been asked to waive his no trade clause.
Roy Halladay (7-6, 4.03) vs. Ryan Drese (4-5, 3.78) A perfect oppurtunity to kick the second half off for Roy. We know that Roy is a better pitcher, but Drese you could argue has better numbers and the ERA supports that.
Ted Lilly (7-6, 4.27) vs. Kenny Rogers (12-3, 4.21) Two AL all-stars face-off here. This one is definetly even.
Miguel Batista (8-6, 4.02) vs. Ricardo Rodriguez (2-0, 1.04) Batista had a solid first half, but watch out for Rodriguez, he has great stuff and has shown that in his first few starts.
