For some reason, yesterday's loss didn't bother me that much. I think Looper was due for a lost save (afterall, even Gagne lost one!) and he wasn't giving up either walks or hard hits. They were all seeing-eye hits. So, I can't really fault him.

Yes, the previous relievers should be faulted, but again, they've done such a great job recently, that they were due for a bad game. OK, so this was their bad game. Now we start another stretch of at least 2 weeks of great relief pitching!!!

Moreno hadn't given up a hit since 7/4. I'm thinking he was due too. Hopefully, they'll all have gotten this garbage out of their respective systems and will help us win the next 3 games.

And then the Braves come to town. If the rotations continue along as I think they will, Hampster will pitch on Saturday against Scotty.
