I didn't see today's game because I thought it was a night game. I was out on "shopping spree" and came home to do some cooking, etc. I turned on my computer, opened Explorer to send me to msn site with all news, sports, baseball scores, etc. I saw Expos: 4 - Mets: 1 and went, "WTF?" I kept looking at the date and realized it's today and went to mets.com and screamed. Argh!

That's what we get when Wigginton is our 3 hitter and Floyd can't hit a 90 mph fastball.

Someone should put up a HUGE billboard in center field saying: SAC FLY-JUST MAKE CONTACT!!!

Yeah, I figured much so I decided not to watch the replay last night because I feared I may end up throwing my remote at TV. :(

Not where it ended up a several years ago....that ended up on my hubby's upper lip! :eek: Yeah, that result was he had to go to ER to have five stitches. No, I'm not kidding. He walked by TV when I threw it. I felt guilty for several weeks. He refused to let a nurse to shave his 'stache that ER doctor fixed it flawlessly without disturbing his 'stache! :eek: I told him to hold my hand while it was done. Oh maaaaan, he nearly broke my hand. I had to grit my teeth because it's part of my punishment. Sorry, Larry, honey! I still feel guilty to this day when I remember it everytime I raise my remote and stopped in mid-air. So I used my pillow instead. :D

I don't find that to be even remotely funny. Dubya has degrees from both Harvard and Yale.

And I'll bet he knows how to spell "stupid" with a "p" instead of a "b."
