What does everybody think will happen during this upcoming series at Fenway? Do you think maybe the Yankees will sweep again or do you think the Sox will win all three?

I'm not looking for either team to sweep, actually. I think the Yanks will end up taking 2 out of 3.

A-Rod's bat really needs to start heating up, though. :angry:

Friday: Lieber vs. Schilling
Saturday: Sturtze vs. Arroyo
Sunday: Contreras vs. Lowe

I don't like the matchups. But I didn't like the matchups in the last series and that ended up working out okay :D

We have to hope that the Good Lieber shows up on Friday, not the Bad Lieber who falls apart like a bad meatloaf after three innings http://instagiber.net/smiliesdotcom/cwm/cwm/erm.gif. With Schilling going, you can't expect much from the offense. I say Sox take this one.

Sturtze vs. Arroyo will be interesting. Arroyo dominated us in his April start, and Sturtze gets killed by Boston. But I think the Yanks offense prevails and we pull out a comeback win. Sturtze just seems to have that weird luck :notme:

Contreras vs. Lowe will be a HUGE game. If Jose pitches the way he's been pitching recently then he's passed a big hurdle. If he lets his nerves get to him then it's back to square 1 :(. But I think the offense gets to Lowe and gives Contreras a big cushion.

My prediction: Yanks take the series 2-1.
