The Mets placed Shane Spencer on the 15-day DL with a cut on his right heel that he suffered when he was wearing sandals and stepped on some glass on a bar room floor.

I don't wish serious harm on anyone, but why couldn't it have been Franco or Stanton??????

Ditto! I really want Stanton to step on glasses or put his foot in an alligator's mouth. ;) As for Franco, I wish he'd play with tree trimmer that he'd fumbled before his left arm falls off. ;) Ok, I'm just kidding....no serious harm.
