I just watched the fight on MLB.tv. Some random thoughts:

-FOX is probably gonna get sued for showing ARod screaming obvious profanities at Varitek
-FOX is probably gonna get sued for showing Varitek groping ARod in that weird wrestling move he put on him
-Varitek is gonna hear it for keeping his mask on when he punched/pushed/slapped/something ARod
-Sturtze is dumber than a doorknob. I'm so mad at him I have no words :angry:
-I have to hand it to that Sox coach who was frantically trying to restrain Ortiz while letting Kapler and Nixon rack up suspensions in the scrum with Sturtze. Smart.
-Did anyone actually NOTICE that Kenny Lofton was missing for the rest of the game? I know I didn't.

I always thought A-Rod seemed like the type of guy to get into a fight, but I was surprised when I actually saw it. He's so protective of his reputation and wouldn't want to sully his clean cut image, but that's what happens when your emotions get the best of you.
